Much better today! Feeling really great on this plan – yesterday’s indulgences didn’t seem to do much harm to my body or my mindset – I love my Paleo diet plan and am going to stick with it for life!

You’re doing fantastic! Isn’t it great to be able to eat so little and not feel hungry. And when you do feel hungry, you can eat something that satisfies the hunger without the impending sugar spike and crash. 🙂 I truly believe this is the way to stop my life from being ruled by the constant desire to eat.
