Breakfast

12 oz Protein Shake (coconut milk, chocolate whey protein, plain yogurt, fiber powder)

Snack

Handful of Walnuts/Pecans

Lunch

2 turkey sausages w/onions & peppers, 1 apple

Snack

1 dark chocolate square

Dinner

Broccoli coleslaw, 4 soy breakfast patties w/ onions & peppers

Snack

 

Beverages

Lots of water all day, one cup of coffee

I’m going to start posting this Daily Meal Log every day, and will be weighing in soon too. Once I come up with an exercise plan/schedule, I’ll post that here also.
