Tuna salad with onions, peppers, celery, radishes, mayo & oregano. Avocado.

Several slices of pepperoni, some almonds, a red plum and 2 dark chocolate squares

Beverages

Lots of water all day, one cup of coffee

I didn’t eat as well today as I have for the past few days. I skipped breakfast and dinner and just snacked most of the day. Still, I did not eat anything that is a no-no on my plan, so I still feel good about it. Had a terrible headache all day (sinuses, I think) so I didn’t feel like sitting down to meals. Tuna salad & avocado were excellent!
