Today’s Meals



12 oz Protein Shake (coconut milk, chocolate whey protein, plain yogurt, fiber powder)


Handful of Walnuts/Pecans


2 turkey sausages w/onions & peppers, 1 apple


1 dark chocolate square


Broccoli coleslaw, 4 soy breakfast patties w/ onions & peppers




Lots of water all day, one cup of coffee

I’m going to start posting this Daily Meal Log every day, and will be weighing in soon too. Once I come up with an exercise plan/schedule, I’ll post that here also. This could actually be FUN!  I also want to give credit where credit is due: I got the idea for this daily posting format from davidisfat.wordpress.com – thanks David!
