List O’ Fears
As part of my plan for changing my life and reinventing myself, I know I must overcome certain fears that I have (and that’s quite a few.) Following is a list of fears that I have that stop me from doing the things I want to do and need to do in my life.
This list is by no means a comprehensive list, and I will therefore be adding items to it from time to time so check back often.
I would certainly appreciate any comments that you wish to leave giving me tips or pointers for conquering any of these fears. At some point, I am also going to be giving myself “assignments” which will, more or less, force me to face some of these fears.
- Driving on highways
- Driving at night
- Driving at all
- Parking in crowded places
- Going to the gas station
- Being rejected by prospective employers
- Being rejected by prospective clients
- Being rejected by people in general
- Airplanes
- Germs
- Failure

I know I should have removed the delicious crunchy skin from the chicken breast, but I didn’t (read: crunchy & delicious). I don’t feel too bad about it though, as I’ve been doing really good following my diet plan. I also splurged and had 3 squares of dark chocolate, but didn’t feel too bad about that either as it’s been awhile since I’ve had any at all – and it was MOVIE NIGHT, after all. Prior to starting my Paleo diet plan, movie night would see me eating tons of pizza, potato chips, cookies, etc.
