Hi everyone who’s been following my daily food intake on the Paleo Diet plan.
In case you haven’t noticed, I have decided to stop posting my Daily Meal Log as they were kind of taking over my blog.
Rest assured, though, that I am still following the plan and eating well and losing weight and feeling great!
From now on, the only time you’ll hear about it, though, is when I have something specific to talk about or recipes, etc. to post. The Daily Meal Log is done for.
If this blog were just about my interest in health and losing weight, I would be happy to keep posting my daily menus, but this blog is about lots of different things and I don’t want my other interests and projects to be drowned in daily postings about my diet.

. I have used both of these books and they both have excellent recipes and meal ideas.
I will also keep you updated as to my progress on this plan ( I have lost 10 pounds since September 15th!!!)
