Snack

Protein shake with chocolate protein powder & coconut milk. A couple of pepperoni slices.

Lunch

2 chicken sausages w/ onions & peppers, cottage cheese, broccoli slaw.

Snack

Pepperoni slices.

Dinner

Protein shake w/ chocolate protein powder, fiber mix, flax seeds, green food powder, plain yogurt, coconut milk & frozen blueberries.

Snack

Pepperoni slices

Beverages

Lots of water & one cup of coffee
