I did much better today. The protein shake was excellent! I think I’m probably eating too much pepperoni. I know that beef jerky is recommended as a protein snack but it’s so expensive and the pepperoni is so much cheaper – and a lot more fattening 😦 But I guess you can only do what you can do – I will try to cut down, though.
The Walmart private label brand is pretty good, and it’s a bit less expensive than the more “popular” brands.
