Daily Meal Log 9/26/11

Today’s Meals

Details

Breakfast

Protein shake w/ chocolate protein powder, fiber mix, flax seeds, plain yogurt, coconut milk & frozen blueberries.

Snack

 

Lunch

Deli turkey slices, pepperoni

Snack

 

Dinner

2 tomato/basil veggie burgers  and broccoli salad.

Snack

Pepperoni slices & almonds

Beverages

Lots of water & one cup of coffee

I did much better today. The protein shake was excellent! I think I’m probably eating too much pepperoni. I know that beef jerky is recommended as a protein snack but it’s so expensive and the pepperoni is so much cheaper – and a lot more fattening 😦   But I guess you can only do what you can do – I will try to cut down, though.
