Daily Meal Log 9/20/11

Today’s Meals

Details

Breakfast

Protein shake w/ coconut milk, vanilla protein powder, plain yogurt & fiber mix

Snack

Very small handful of walnuts & pecans

Lunch

Egg omelet with vegetables (asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, red peppers, mushrooms & carrots), 2 soy sausage patties

Snack

None

Dinner

None

Snack

Dried beef, almonds & 2 squares of dark chocolate

Beverages

Lots of water & one cup of coffee

Decided to go with vanilla protein powder instead of chocolate today – It was okay, but I really prefer the chocolate. Made an impromptu omelet for lunch with lots of veggies – it was very colorful, beautiful, healthy and yummy. I wish I had taken a picture! It was so filling that I really didn’t want any dinner so I snacked instead.

I’ll be posting my starting weight and some pics in the next few days.
