Today’s Meals

Details

Breakfast

Protein shake w/ coconut milk, chocolate protein powder, plain yogurt & fiber mix

Snack

A couple of slices of pepperoni.

Lunch

Chicken salad w/ grilled chicken, field greens, onions, peppers, celery, carrots, raisins, cilantro, mushrooms and olive oil dressing

Snack

1 square of dark chocolate, almonds

Dinner

Tuna salad w/ onions, peppers, mayo & oregano; cottage cheese and one avocado.

Snack

Handful of almonds & a red plum

Beverages

Lots of water & one cup of coffee
